NWBCN 2016 PRESENTATION
In this presentation the NWBCN set out the development rationale for the bridge using economic and social data compiled by the relevant statutory bodies. It was given to all the major political parties both in the Republic and Northern Ireland. This version was given to the then NI Minister for Infrastructure, Mr Chris Hazzard, on 20 July 2016.
The presentation was well received at an important stake-holders' meeting held in the run-up to a a scheduled North South Ministerial meeting. This meeting never took place due to the political limbo that has descended on Northern Ireland in early 2017 following the collapse of the Stormont Assembly.
